Crunchy and Yummy! Make a double or triple batch! 

Perfect for fall and protein-packed. Be careful, though. This does have sugar in it - unrefined sugar, but still sugar. Enjoy as a treat after exercise or as a dessert (3 hrs before bedtime!).
